Rural Bank of Roxas (Or. Min.), Inc. is a single banking unit located at Magsaysay St. corner Administration St., Roxas, Oriental Mindoro. It is engaged in the business of extending rural credit to small farmers and tenants and to deserving rural industries or enterprises. It was formed to exercise all the authorities and powers, and to transact all businesses, which may legally be done by rural banks organized in accordance with the Rural Bank Act No. 7353 (Rural Banks Act of 1992).
 
The Bank operates as a rural bank, with products such as regular savings, special savings and time deposits. Deposits are mostly from individual and corporate clients. Deposit interest rates are highly competitive and comparable to most rural banks.

The Bank offers traditional loans such as agri-agra loans commercial/business loans, personal/salary loans, and other loans. These loans were granted based on borrower's capacity to pay and ability to offer real estate properties as security. Back-to-back loan transactions were offered to affiliated companies. Due to strong competition in the local banking environment, the Bank caters to both local and offsite borrowers.

Taking into consideration the continuous improvements being implemented, the Bank endeavors to serve the unbanked in more municipalities within and even outside Oriental Mindoro.
